Ever since Olympia Gayot took the womenswear design helm at J.Crew (and subsequently went viral on TikTok, the obsession with the veteran brand has steadily intensified. In particular, we Who What Wear editors have been oohing and aahing over J.Crew on a daily basis (and we’re picky). Earlier this week, J.Crew dropped tons of new fall pieces, and I’ve been thinking about them ever since.
As a millennial, I have a history with J.Crew that dates way back to high school, and I’ve always believed that its best season is fall. (Although, it’s doing everything well these days.) If you want chic, affordable fall wardrobe basics with a trend-forward twist, J.Crew should be a go-to for you. This season, it’s giving us coastal grandma–inspired cardigans, chic outerwear, and trendy-yet-classic footwear, and I want it all.
I curated some of the most buyable items from the latest fall drop to make shopping even more effortless. Scroll to shop them before they go viral and immediately sell out.
This is exactly what chunky cardigans should look like.
Cute, right?
This has become an essential color.
I need to just order these already (especially since they’re on sale).
You won’t regret adding this pretty preppy top to cart.
This pretty dress could easily be dressed up or down.
Go off, J.Crew
I bet this is so soft.
In case you haven’t heard, you’re going to want a pair of Mary Janes this season.
This might be my number one pick.
Pretty puffers > plain puffers.
Sweater perfection.
Imagine the layering possibilities.
They made the other side camel, so yeah, it’s worth the money.
I’d love to see how people style this cozy skirt.
Weird transitional weather be damned.
Found this gem of a sweater hiding in the men’s section.
A basic you won’t regret ordering.
There are boring black bags, and then there’s this one.
Come October, you’ll want to live in this.
Prettiest print ever.
You’ll have these for years.
This comes in neutrals too, but this blue option is a vibe.
